To register with Tpoint, book a court, and play a game, download the Tpoint mobile app from the Google Play store or Apple App store. Registration will begin automatically after you complete installation
If you want to unsubscribe, you’ll need to contact the club that you joined.
To change your payment method or subscription plan, contact the club you subscribed to.
Tpoint needs to know your location so that we can direct you to the nearest court, warn you if you forget to lock a court after play, and provide other advanced services.
It’s free to download the app and register as a player, but you’ll need to add a payment method before you can reserve a court.

A game of squash typically lasts for 45 minutes, so every court reservation is 45 minutes long. If you want more time, you can reserve two consecutive 45-minute sessions.
If you already pressed “start game” but the door won’t open, you’ll need to contact the club that’s managing your court. Find the court reservation code that you received through email or SMS message and provide it to the club. They will open the door for you.
The Tpoint app will automatically appear in the same language as your phone’s default language. If you want to change it:
- Go to the app main menu
- Select MY PROFILE
- Select APP SETTINGS
- Select the new language
The app will then reboot and reopen in your new language.
